Mission

The Destino Foundation is a voluntary non-profit organisation that initiates small scale projects worldwide and supports progression of child welfare.

Operational Mission

To ensure by the 1st December 2010 latest, the Destino Foundation has a minimum of 100 subscribed donors that donate an average of Euro 7,50 per month.

To ensure by the 1st December 2010 latest, the Destino Foundation has supported and/or initiated a minimum of 10 small scale projects.

Initially the Destino Foundation will finance her activities by means of subscribed donors and sponsors while exploring other possibilities to finance her activities. The underlying idea regarding the formation is three-fold.  Firstly, we have been indirectly involved supporting well-known good causes and felt that this could be handled in a more professional manner.  Secondly, we wanted to stand out from other foundations by guaranteeing that no money would be wasted on overhead costs and therefore using nearly every euro contributed towards good causes.  Finally we hope our newsletter will provide an open, frequent communication that also explains how donations are being utilised and will give opportunity for people to suggest projects in which they feel the Destino Foundation can possibly support.
